Jake Johnson, Founder
With several years of experience as a program manager, program analyst and business developer, Mr. Jake Johnson saw a need to help businesses become more efficient.
He started Way Marketing (previously JMS, LLC) to help businesses become more competitive by getting the right people on board. He also helps businesses by reviewing and recommending policies, procedures and IT infrastructure changes to become more scalable.
Jake has a BS in Economics from the US Naval Academy and resides with his wife and six children in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Melanie Howell, Digital Marketing Consultant
Melanie joined Way Marketing in April 2020. She brings with her over 10 years of experience working at a software consulting firm where she served in multiple roles (Marketing, Accounting, Project Management etc.)
Her passion is to help businesses grow their digital presence online, get more leads and truly serve their existing customers.
Melanie has an MBA in Project Management from University of Mary Washington and a Bachelors in Business Management from King University. She is also a Professional Certified Marketer in Digital Marketing through the American Marketing Association.
